We use high quality and high hardness alloy steel as raw material 20CrMnTi. Carburized to surface hardness can be HRC58～62
With high accuracy, squareness and parallelism for vise is 0.003-0.005mm
Jaw width:100mm,125mm,150mm,175mm,200mm, 300mm
Modular vise composed of vise body, fix jaw, active jaw, clamping rack and lead screw.
Vise jaw plates: V angle grooved jaw plate
Precision modular vise jaw type: flat jaws, v groove jaws, thread hole jaws.
It have interchangeable base,fixed/movable jawsit is quickly to clamp and easy to operate
Development and design of quick-change jaws. Clamping accuracy is higher and more stable.
